WHAT IS MOTORCYCLE LEASING?
Motorcycle Leasing is an arrangement that allows an individual or business to lease our motorcycle or a fleet (prior to ownership) and use it for your own business purposes ONLY. This arrangement is a form of a Conditional Sale Agreement that requires an individual or business to take ownership of the motorcycle after all leasing instalments have been made. The Conditional Sale Agreement includes the condition that the motorcycle does not belong to you until you’ve paid the final instalment. To enter into this type of arrangement, you’ll agree to make regular instalment payments to Twache Agri Business Ltd.
In order to make it easier to understand how our Motorcycle Leasing works, we’ve
broken it down and split the contents of the agreement into TWO separate parts:
- Motorbike Lease: This is where an individual or a business enters into an
agreement with Twache Agri Business Ltd to lease the motorbike and make
regular instalment payments, which in turn gives you the right to use it for
business purposes ONLY and profit from the use of it. Please note that this
agreement does not permit you to subcontract the motorbike to another
individual or third party. Therefore the agreement is only between the individual
and Twache Agri Business. Also leasing our motorbike does not imply that you
are employed or contracted by Twache Agri Business Ltd. - Lease Clause: This is the second part of the contract, which refers to a price you
and Twache Agri Business agree on at which you purchase the motorbike. Both
parties will also agree on a term, which is the length of 12 months. However,
after12 months (assuming all the repayments have been met) you will become
the rightful owner of the motorcycle. Added to the above Lease Clause are four
key parts that we’ve broken down to enable you or help you understand this
further:
Motorcycle Price: This is the price of the motorcycle plus all the associated costs such as insurance, servicing and motorbike accessories.
Agreement Term: The length of the Lease Agreement (also known as the lease period) which is 12 months.
Regular Payments: The regular instalments you will make to Twache Agri Business e.g. daily, weekly, monthly depending on the arrangement.
Deposit: An upfront payment you’ll make for the Lease Agreement.

- ZRA Tax Registration/Tax Clearance
- Commitment Letter
- Proof of Address/Contact Details
For Individuals - NRC
- Valid Rider’s License
- Proof of Physical Address
- Police Clearance (Fingerprints)
- Next of King (Proof of address, Contact details & NRC).
- Guarantor (Proof of address, Contact details & NRC.
